We’re proud to announce that our OG founder, Jennifer Neef, has returned as JackBe Grocery’s CEO, bringing with her a renewed and deeply personal goal: to make JackBe every mom’s favorite grocery store.
Because grocery shopping doesn’t have to mean dragging toddlers through crowded parking lots or bribing them down every aisle. There are no medals for this. And last we checked, no one’s paying moms extra for doing it the hard way.
The truth is, today’s moms are juggling more than ever — and often too exhausted to even make a grocery run. Pickup options were supposed to help, but they come with narrow windows and fingers-crossed substitutions.
Jennifer gets it. Because she’s lived it.
“One night, I had three little ones strapped in car seats and was literally too tired to go get the milk we needed,” she says. “I remember wondering why I could get hamburgers and fries through a window — but not groceries my family depended on.”
She couldn’t let the idea go. She knew there had to be a better way.
So she teamed up with a friend who helped her build a cutting-edge system — one that’s now making JackBe a leader in industry-first pickup convenience. Together, they’re merging great tech with a mom’s real-world needs.
“We may still be small,” Jennifer says, “but we’re growing mighty. No one is doing what we’re doing.”
As CEO, Jennifer is re-centering JackBe around the heart of the brand: busy families — especially moms — who need real solutions.
Her vision is bigger than groceries. It’s about giving moms time, energy, and the mental space to thrive.
