JackBe Appoints Industry Leaders to Technical Advisory Board

Strategic Technical Advisors Will Further Enhance the Company’s Enterprise Mashup Platform

Chevy Chase, MD and Fremont, Calif. – November 27, 2007 - JackBe, the leading provider of user-driven enterprise mashup software, today announced that Bob Gourley, former CTO of the Defense Intelligence Agency, Andrew Nash, president and CEO of Novaroo, and Charles Gold, VP of Worldwide Marketing at DataDirect Technologies have all joined JackBe’s Technical Advisory Board. The new members of JackBe’s Technical Advisory Board are well-known innovators and thought-leaders in the software development community.

Bob Gourley is the former Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and has received regular industry recognition of his work. A winner of InfoWorld’s 2007 Top 25 CTO Award, Mr. Gourley is strong advocate for user-focused software and his contributions to the Google Gadget community have placed him on Google’s list of the top 200 gadget programmers in the world. He holds three masters degrees, including a master of science in computer science.

Andrew Nash has a 23-year background in growing and transforming enterprise software and systems integration companies on a global basis. Mr. Nash currently serves as the President and CEO of Novaroo, a privately held strategy and advisory services firm. He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and other key leadership roles over the past ten years, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of BroadVision. Mr. Nash sits on the advisory boards of multiple privately-held software and technology companies.

Charles Gold has more than 12 years of executive marketing experience in both startup and established software companies in both the commercial and open source domains. As VP of Worldwide Marketing, Mr. Gold is responsible for all direct marketing activities for DataDirect Technologies, a division of Progress Software and the industry’s largest and most successful data connectivity middleware vendor. Prior to DataDirect, Mr. Gold served as the Vice President of Marketing at Appfluent Technology, and also held marketing positions at Red Hat and CyberCash. Mr. Gold holds a bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA in finance from Wake Forest University.
