Issue with Eclipse Plugin upgrade

Having issue in upgrading Eclipse plugin for MyEclipse
Version: 3.4.2
Build id: M20090211-1700
Error Details:
Cannot complete the request. See the details.
Cannot find a solution satisfying the following requirements org.eclipse.pde.core [3.4.0.v20090202].
Need to delve a little deeper...
Solution:
The Installation was successful with plain Eclipse with the same version/build. So it has to be Eclipse, not MyEclipse....

Hi mashers,
I've been pondering what to do next in my 34 Mashups challenge.
A few weeks ago I had to explain to an older family member exactly what a 'mashup' was. It might not seem like a difficult thing to do, but when their total experience with technology comes down to a bit of email and using the Internet I was wondering how best to explain it to them in simple terms.
